By exercising regularly and staying active.

Internal motivation to put forth my best effort in anything I do.

Anything that helps to get my mind off the pain.

5. What motivated you to become physically fit?
To maintain good health and be fit to fight to fulfill our mission as combat warfighters.
6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their PT test?
Practice and train above and beyond what you need to score. If 50 pushups is your max, then train to do 70. If you have to run a 10-minute 1.5 mile for the test, train to run it in 9:30. Also, train year round, not only when you are due for a test. Stay active, set goals and make it happen.
