UFC Fight Night

Doors open for the UFC Fight Night at 5:30 p.m., preliminary bouts are 7 p.m. and the main event is 9 p.m. June 23 at Club Five Six live on pay-per-view. Admission is free. For more information, call (623) 856-6446.

 

Swim meet

Sign up for the Luke Air Force Base summer swim meet at 7 a.m. June 29 at the Silver Wings Pool. The meet starts at 7:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st through 3rd-place male and female winners in each event, and a team trophy. Events include the 50-meter butterfly, 50-m breaststroke, 200-m medley relay and 500-m freestyle. Register by June 25 at the fitness center. Tom Kuyper B-ball camp

Youth, ages 8 to 14, learn fundamental basketball skills from Coach Tom Kuyper during a camp 1 to 4 p.m. June 25 through 29 at the youth center. The cost is $10 per member due at sign-up no later than June 22. For more information, call (623) 856-7470.

 

Start Smart

Start Smart, a developmentally appropriate all sports introductory program is for children, ages 3 to 5, working one-on-one with a parent for six consecutive weeks starting June 26. The cost is $20 per child and includes a T-shirt and manual. For more information, call (623) 856-7470.
