VBS at Luke: Fun, food, friends

Children color crosses during Vacation Bible School in the Luke Air Force Base Chapel June 6. Food, skits, and arts and crafts were included at the three-day event designed to teach and reinforce Christian values in children.

Carmela Santini, 3, and Alejandra Crom, 4, sing a song as part of the ending ceremony June 8 during VBS. Seventy volunteers worked with the 179 children teaching Bible stories illustrating principles by which to live.
