1. How do you stay fit? 

I work out with my unit five days a week. I also work out in the evenings.

 

2. What drives you to keep working out? 

Setting goals and periodically checking progress.

 

3. Favorite music to work out to? 

It depends on my mood and the workout, but usually rap with a good beat

 

4. Favorite workout? 

Running

 

5. What motivated you to become physically fit? 

My last deployment – several people from my office started working out together, and it just continued from there.

 

6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their PT test? 

Because the run is the hardest part for most people, really pushing your limits on cardio is paramount. Do cardio four times a week, and mix it up between either running two-to-four miles or 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical or stationary bike.
