Fit Warrior of the Week – July 6, 2012

1. How do you stay fit? 

I work out five days a week and run three of those days.

 

2. What drives you to keep working out? 

My job requires me to lift and carry equipment weighing 50 to 150 pounds over my head. Working out ensures that I’m not a weak link on my crew.

 

3. Favorite music to work out to? 

Drum and bass

 

4. Favorite workout? 

Circuits

 

5. What motivated you to become physically fit? 

I honestly just like staying in shape. Plus, beating a bunch of 18-year-olds in a run is always fun.

 

6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their PT test? 

Stay disciplined in your workout and running schedule throughout the entire year, not just a month before your scheduled PT test.  Also, nutrition is just as important. I eat like a pig, but usually only on the weekends.
