The 56th Security Forces Squadron handled the following incidents June 22 through 28:
Tickets
Security forces issued citations for two moving and 10 nonmoving violations.
Traffic-related incidents
June 25: Security forces responded to a report of a minor vehicle accident at the intersection of Harris Lane and Mustang Street. There were no injuries.
Emergency responses
June 22: Security forces responded to a report of a possible sexual assault in housing. Glendale police responded and determined no sexual assault occurred. One individual was issued an Immediate Debarment Order for 10 years.
June 23: Security forces responded to a report of a medical emergency at the Balfour Beatty Community pool. The individual was treated and transported to Phoenix Children’s Hospital via helicopter.
Nonemergency responses
June 24: Security forces responded to a report of a gate runner at Kachina Gate. Contact was made with the individual. Glendale police responded and assumed control.
June 25: Security forces responded to a noise complaint at Bldg. 668. Patrols responded and briefed the individual on base quiet hours.
June 26: Security forces responded to two warrant hits at South Gate. Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office responded and assumed control.
June 26: Security forces responded to a report of a possible intoxicated individual at Bldg. 1540. Patrols responded and detected no obvious signs of impairment.
Alarm activations
Security forces responded to four alarm activations on base.

When driving during a dust storm, pull as far off the roadway as possible and wait for the dust to clear. Turn off all vehicle lights, including emergency flashers.
