Bryan Blanchard, 56th AMDS Optometry Flight commander. â€œDuring his time at Luke, he has taken on responsibilities well beyond his grade and executes them to perfection. He manages the Individual Medical Readiness-Gas Mask Inserts program for the 56th Fighter Wing. The optometry clinic is extremely customer service driven and his addition resulted in a marked improvement in our patient satisfaction rates.
