Commander’s comments: “Airman LeBlanc has been a member of the optometry clinic for nine months,” said Maj. Bryan Blanchard, 56th AMDS Optometry Flight commander. “During his time at Luke, he has taken on responsibilities well beyond his grade and executes them to perfection. He manages the Individual Medical Readiness-Gas Mask Inserts program for the 56th Fighter Wing. The optometry clinic is extremely customer service driven and his addition resulted in a marked improvement in our patient satisfaction rates. He’s a valuable member of our team and the United States Air Force.”
