Greatest feat: Joining the Air Force and doing well at my job

Self-description: Self motivated, hard working, outgoing and friendly

Off-duty interests: Sports, hiking and watching movies

Agency chief’s comments: “Airman Owsianka is a great journalist and a valuable member of the public affairs team,” said Capt. Tristan Hinderliter, 56th Fighter Wing Public Affairs chief. “He’s an outstanding writer and photographer and has done a tremendous job coordinating public outreach efforts as part of our community relations program. He has a great attitude and is a very well-rounded Airman. ‘Oatmeal’ recently excelled outside PA while serving as a security forces augmentee, earning recognition as Augmentee of the Month for March.”
