Commander’s comments: “Sergeant Martell is an outstanding example to all new F-16 crew chiefs on base. We couldn’t ask for a better instructor to teach them the aircraft,” said Capt. Robert Clark, 372nd TRS, Det. 12 commander. “He was recognized as an outstanding performer during the detachment’s unit compliance inspection for delivering a flawless lesson during his instructor evaluation. He exhibits poise beyond his years. His strong character will ensure that he does great things for the Air Force.”
