Education: Pursuing a degree in criminal justice at Rio Salado College.

Previous assignments: Robins Air Force Base, Ga.

Inspirations: My wife and kids. No matter how bad my day may be, I always come home to hugs and kisses from my family. That always brightens my day.

Goals: To make technical sergeant first time testing and finish my degree; continue to be a great husband and father, and raise my kids the best way as possible

Greatest feat: Winning Airman of the Year three years straight at Robins AFB

Self-description: Hard worker, dedicated and loyal to the mission and family

Famous last words: “A happy wife makes a happy life.”

Off-duty interests: Playing basketball and football, and spending time with family

Commander’s comments: “Sergeant James possesses tremendous leadership skills well beyond his age and rank,” said Lt. Col. John Bosone, 56th OSS commander. “He was selected as the NCO-in-charge of his section, normally a technical sergeant position. He leads by example for other Airmen to emulate. He is the best among the best. We are proud to have him on the Wizard team.”
