Warriors, civilians face off

Jennifer King, 56th Civil Engineer Squadron emergency management, performs 150 wall balls Sept. 7 during the Warrior PT Challenge held at the Combat PT Center on Luke Air Force Base. Each team consisted of four members, two males and two females.

 

Edmund Spivak, 56th Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal, performs 30 snatches during the challenge that included fitness teams from on and off base. The event consisted of three challenges called “the girls,” “hurry up and wait” and lacrosse skills. After elimination, five teams progressed to the final event which included a fireman and buddy carry, tire flip, sled pull and a watermelon relay across the width of the pool.
