Jon Wheeler, 310th FS commander. “She is able to work closely with officers while always being professional and ensures they are ready for every flight. Nothing slips by with her outstanding attention to detail. She has maturity beyond her age and experience. She is the unsung hero of the squadron and has an infectious positive attitude at all times. She always has a smile on her face and keeps that great attitude no matter what she is asked to do. Airman Smith is a huge asset to the squadron and the Air Force.”
