Aerobics

Yoga, step, sculpt, Zumba, Pilates, spin, cardio and stretch are available Monday through Thursday and Saturday in Bldg. 700. No classes Fridays, Sundays and holidays. Classes are subject to change. For more information, call (623) 856-6241.

Warrior training

Warrior training classes are 45 minutes continuously from 6 to 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Combat Fitness Center. For more information, call (623) 856-6241.
