How do our moral and ethical values today compare to those just a decade ago? Why have our “internal deserts” become so vast? Why is there a spiritual crisis in our nation? Whatever the reasons (and there are many), few will contest the moral fabric of our nation is now becoming tattered. Let us pray to the Lord above for a moral compass that will lead us to everlasting water so we may not become barren wasteland — as individuals and as a nation.
