Commander’s comments: “Airman first class Chapman embodies what it means to be a Dragonslayer and an Air Force civil engineer,” said Lt. Col. Chad BonDurant, 56th CES commander. “She maintains a positive attitude and eagerly seeks opportunities to improve herself personally and professionally. While she understands and appreciates her contributions to the mission as an engineering assistant, she realizes what we do as Airmen is not nearly as important as how we do it. Her service inspires others to be better, and that is the essence of great leadership.”
