Michael Wynne, former Secretary of the Air Force, and his wife, Barbara, are escorted by Chief Master Sgt. The Air Force Civic Leader program brings national leaders together to showcase the Luke and Air Force missions. They will return to their community to help educate its members about Air Force issues.
