  1. How do you stay fit?
    Fitness is having a positive mindset toward exercise and eating properly. I also drink protein shakes all the time.
  2. What drives you to keep working out?
    I want to improve my personal performance. Being physically healthy is the best way to stay mentally healthy.
  3. Favorite music to work out to?
    I don’t always listen to music when I work out, but when I do, it’s basic military training cadences.
  4. Favorite workout?
    I don’t have a favorite. I enjoy most forms of exercise.
  5. What motivated you to become physically fit?
    Myself
  6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their physical training test?
    It’s 99.9 percent mental health and .1 percent physical. Once you assess your physical limitations and weaknesses you must mentally prepare yourself to improve on and overcome them, before the test.
