  1. How do you stay fit?
    I exercise at least five times a week, incorporating strength as well as endurance training. I also limit junk food and don’t use tobacco products.
  2. What drives you to keep working out?
    It’s my stress relief and keeps me healthy.
  3. Favorite music to work out to?
    Progressive Trance
  4. Favorite workout?
    CrossFit
  5. What motivated you to become physically fit?
    Achieving personal records and striving to continually break them.
  6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their physical training test?
    Make fitness enjoyable and a normal part of your lifestyle.
