Luke Air Force Base Integrated Delivery System

Support and resilience inventory is a self-assessment resilience tool that can be used by Airmen, family members and base leaders to gauge resilience levels. The SRI helps members and leaders identify actions needed to strengthen resilience. These actions are seen as a summary report once you’ve completed the 10 minute survey. Survey results are confidential.

In addition to individually having access to the SRI, commanders also have the option to request a group SRI be set up to obtain an overall assessment of the unit’s health.

The link to the self-assessment is available on the portal, or access it directly by going to Communities in Blue at https://srim.communitiesinblue.org. Allow pop-ups to open the site.

For more information, call Louella Anderson at (623) 856-6655.
