  1. How do you stay fit?
    High intensity interval training, long-distance running, lifting weights and maintaining a healthy diet.
  2. What drives you to keep working out?
    Seeing results physically and being able to accomplish workouts with less fatigue.
  3. Favorite music to work out to?
    Rock.
  4. Favorite workout?
    Long-distance running – anything over 6 miles.
  5. What motivated you to become physically fit?
    Family health problems, genetics.
  6. What advice do you have for others to score 100 percent on their physical training test?
    Push yourself hard every workout, and try to beat your reps or time. Keep a journal of your progress.
