Commander’s comments: “Airman Moreno is a dedicated young Airman showing a great deal of potential” said Maj. James Schieser, 56th MOS commander. “He has an eagerness to learn, is always willing to help, and has demonstrated excellent attention to detail, which is a critical trait for an aircraft scheduler. Even in times when it seems like there aren’t enough hours in the work day or man power, he keeps a level head and approaches every task with vigor and resolve. We can always expect a can-do attitude, a prioritized workload and a consistently high-quality product. He is a mission-first kind of Airman that exudes respect and discipline. Whether representing the squadron during intramural soccer, volunteering for the Special Olympics, or representing Luke while visiting an elementary school; it’s clear Airman Moreno has dedicated himself to the betterment of the 56th MOS, Luke Air Force Base, and the Air Force as a whole. We are fortunate to have this exceptional young Thunderbolt in our organization!”
