Fire training lights up night

Firefighters with the 56th Civil Engineer Squadron enter the “immediately dangerous to life and health zone” and begin putting out ground fires as the exterior safety officer looks on during the training.

Firefighters with the 56th Civil Engineer Squadron drive a P-19 Stryker fire truck to use large quantities of water on simulated burning aircraft during a night fire training exercise. The P-19 Stryker puts out fires as far as 190 feet away.
