Off-duty interests: Playing guitar, making and recording music, working out and on cars

Commander’s comments: “Sergeant Milne is a highly motivated, professional instructor with endless compassion for his students, peers and family,” said Capt. Robert Clark, 372nd TRS Det. 12 commander. “In the past year, he’s compiled 1,280 instructional hours and graduated 64 F-16 crew chiefs. He serves as Det 12’s self-aid and buddy care instructor and has certified 32 personnel. His SABC knowledge enabled him to treat and prevent further injury to a civilian motorist after a vehicle accident. He works with charities to raise money for under-privileged children and is the Air Force Assistance Fund representative. He exemplifies professionalism, dedication to duty. He’s a true example of the Air Force core values.”
