A fire truck from the 56th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Emergency Services sprays down an F-16 Fighting Falcon July 19 flown by Col. Robert Webb, 56th Fighter Wing vice commander, upon completion of his final flight at Luke Air Force Base. Webb’s next assignment is deputy director of plans, programs and analyses at Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe and U.S. Air Forces Africa, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
