Commander’s comments: “Airman Standley has been the Contingency Operations Analyst for
about three months, after returning home from a deployment in April,” said Maj. Scott Smith, 56th CPTS commander. “He makes a difference in the squadron everyday with his attitude, attention to detail and dedication to the mission. He is his flight’s ‘go-to’ Airman for accounting processing and most recently can be credited with certifying every penny of aircraft recovery funds. He sees the big picture of the mission and knows that every dollar he certifies helps generate sorties for the 56th Fighter Wing.”
