Commander’s comments: “Sergeant Nuzzi’s outstanding leadership and professionalism are unparalleled,” said Col. Larry Evans, 56th Dental Squadron commander. “She manages the Dental Readiness Assurance Program, which has a 98 percent readiness rate, 3 percent above goal. She reviews records to ensure zero discrepancies. She is the only trained ortho technician and fills in as a dental cleaning provider. She was handpicked as the squadron lead to ensure all dental programs are in compliance and ready for inspection. She is an example for squadron and group staff to follow.”
