Commander’s comments: “Airman Justiniani has distinguished herself since arriving at Luke,” said Lt. Col. Keith Rockow, 56th OSS commander. “She was awarded the Outstanding Military Image Award in the First Term Airmen’s Center. She’s a selfless volunteer and is on pace to set the record for shortest time period for an apprentice controller to obtain a tower certification here at Luke. She is self-motivated, never requires directive guidance and is receptive to constructive criticism.”
