Commander’s comments: “Sergeant Williams has done a phenomenal job in several positions, including assistant NCO in-charge and NCO in-charge of the squadron aviation resource manager section in various squadrons,” said Lt. Col. Stephane Wolfgeher, 309th FS commander. “She’s a quiet professional but the backbone of any organization. She’s been recognized as NCO of the quarter five times, three times as NCO of the year. She has also been a key player in the 56th Fighter Wing garnering the Air Education and Training Command Aviation Resource Management large unit of the year award three years in a row. More recently she was instrumental to the 56th FW earning the Air Force Aviation Resource Management Outstanding Large Unit Award for 2012. Williams is a touchdown in the 61st Fighter Squadron and will carry on her legacy of excellence.”
