Commander’s comments: “Senior Airman Yolangco was selected for a demanding position in the wing protocol office in December of 2012,” said 1st Lt. Marisa Rossi, 56th FW protocol chief. “Since then Yolangco has aided with five Luke Airmen’s memorial services, eleven retirements, three promotions, eight awards and ten change-of-command ceremonies. He was also a linchpin for both of the annual wing civic leader holiday parties and visits from the acting secretary of the Air Force and the Air Education and Training Command commander. He excels when the pressure is on.”
