Street Beat

The 56th Security Forces Squadron handled the following incidents Jan. 1 through 10:

Nonemergency responses

Jan. 3: Security forces responded to a wants and warrants hit for a failure to appear at Lightning Gate. The individual was denied entry due to Lansing Sheriff’s Office in Kansas was unable to extradite.

Jan. 3: Security forces responded to a noise complaint located at Kiowa Court in Ocotillo Housing. The individual was briefed on base quiet hours and the first sergeant was notified.

Jan. 4: An active-duty member was arrested for assault by Avondale police and transported to the Avondale jail.

Jan. 4: An active-duty member was arrested for violation of a court order/domestic violence in Glendale. The individual kicked in a front door and initiated a verbal altercation with a former friend.

Alarm activations

Security forces responded to four alarm activations on base.
