Goals: To make staff sergeant before completing my first enlistment, retire in Hawaii, stay fit

Greatest feat: Earning the confidence of leadership to run the refill center as a senior airman

Famous last words: “Strive for progress not perfection.”

Commander’s comments: “Senior Airman Munoz-Case is a well-rounded technician,” said Lt. Col. Gregory Coleman, 56th Medical Support Squadron commander. “Since arriving at Luke, he has surpassed expectations. He was selected to oversee a position normally held by an NCO, where he leads four technicians in day-to-day operations. His team averages 1,300 prescriptions daily using a $10 million state-of-the-art automated robot. His performance has resulted in him being chosen as the squadron’s Combined Federal Campaign representative and emcee for group events.”
