Commander’s comments: “As a customer support representative, Airman McKinney continues to exceed the standards by receiving 100-percent positive customer feedback,” said Lt. Col. Todd Ladd, 56th FSS commander. “In many cases, she is the face of Luke Air Force Base and the Air Force at large to dependents and retirees she assists on a daily basis. She is the primary in-processing program monitor and has in-processed an average of 135 Airmen to Luke. She has also dedicated 20-plus off-duty hours to volunteer in the local community since her recent arrival.”
