Commander’s comments: “Sergeant MacDougall joined us to get requalified in SARM duties and has gone above and beyond,” said Lt. Col. Jon Wheeler, 310th FS commander. “He has been a stand-out member of the Top Hats from day one. After only a month, he was running the operations desk and found ways to make the Top Hats more effective at producing the world’s best F-16 wingmen, instructor pilots and forward air controller A pilots.”
