Senior Airman Darryl Pruitt, 56th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels specialist, places a stroller in a shopping cart Jan. 21 at the Airman’s Attic located in Bldg. 750. Pruitt stopped by the Airman’s Attic to pick up a few items for a new baby. The Airman’s Attic supports active-duty service members from all branches in the rank of E-5 and below. The facility is run by volunteers and stocks items military members want to pass on to other military members. Donations will be accepted during regular hours of operation, which are 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, Thursdays, and the first and third Saturday of the month. Tax vouchers are available. Donations should be serviceable and clean, new or slightly used. Popular items include indoor and outdoor furniture pieces, small kitchen appliances, electronics, clothing for the family, shoes, linens, toys, baby accessories, bicycles and sports equipment. For more information or to coordinate in advance a bulk or large-item drop-off, call 623-856-6415.
