Inspirations: My wife who earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering while working full time

Goals: Maintain a 3.5 GPA while getting a master’s degree in business; becoming a better instructor and NCO

Greatest feat: Being a distinguished grad and the top grad in Airman Leadership School

Off-duty interests: I love all professional sports; play golf, lift weights, watch movies, play with my dogs

Commander’s comments: “Sergeant Hannah is a highly motivated, professional instructor with endless compassion for his students, peers and family,” said Capt. Lauren Chaffee, 372nd TRS, Det. 12 commander. “He teaches theory of operation, aircraft servicing and inspection tasks to mission-ready airman students. In the past year, he’s compiled 520 instructional hours and graduated 34 F-16 crew chiefs. He completed nine credit hours toward an aviation degree with a 4.0 GPA. He exemplifies professionalism, dedication to duty and is an example of the Air Force core values. He is a true asset to Det. 12.”
