The event helped equip and prepare Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets for field training and entrance into the active-duty Air Force. The course also enhanced leadership skills, the ability to work as a team, Airman’s Manual knowledge, as well as emphasizing a fit-to-fight mentality.
