Change of command

EFMP-M clinic new hours

The Exceptional Family Member Program Medical clinic new hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Walk-in hours are 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and
9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday. The EFMP-M office is on the 3rd floor of the 56th Medical Group building. For more information, call 623-856-9706.

Veterans sports clinic volunteers

The 2014 National Veterans Summer sports Clinic is looking for volunteers to assist with the event Sept. 4 through 13 in San Diego. Hotel lodging and meals will be provided by the clinic. Transportation to and from the event are at the volunteer’s expense. A meeting for prospective volunteers is 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bldg. 485, Room 107. For more information, call Staff Sgt. Union cookout

Self-employment workshop

AF band to perform in Sun City

Days of Remembrance

The 2014 Days of Remembrance of the Holocaust Victims is May 2 at Club Five Six. A Holocaust exhibit of masks of holocaust survivors and paintings of holocaust events is
10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. A luncheon is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Oskar Knoblauch, a holocaust survivor, as guest speaker. Tickets are $5 for lunch. For more information, call Chaplain (Capt.) Kenya Gray at 623-856-3507.

DFAC no longer busses tables

Effective May 1, the Ray V. Hensman Dining Facility will no longer provide table bussing service. Customers will be required to remove dining trays from tables and place them in the utility cabinets located in the dining areas. For more information, call 623-856-6396.

Legal office hours change

The 56th Fighter Wing Staff Judge Advocate legal assistance hours have changed. For issues concerning powers-of-attorney, notaries and vehicle tax exemption forms, the hours are
8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and
10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday. For same-day appointments, call 623-856-6901 between the hours of 7:30 to 8:15 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Legal assistance walk-ins for legal issues not involving wills are 4 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday. Honor guard scheduler

The Luke Air Force Base Honor Guard is accepting applications for a six-month scheduler tour for a senior airman or staff sergeant from any Air Force specialty with a report no later than date of June 1.
