Col. John Hanna, 56th Operations Group commander, passes the 309th Fighter Squadron guidon to Maj. William McKibban, in a change of command ceremony July 2 at Luke Air Force Base. The 62nd Fighter Squadron also stood down to transition from an F-16 fighter squadron to an F-35 fighter squadron.
