Inspirations: I’m inspired to make my mother proud by acting with integrity, honor and courage

Goals: To become the parade regimental sergeant major for Singapore’s National Day parade and the RSAF command chief

Greatest feat: Surviving and overcoming a serious bike accident a year prior to coming to Luke

Off-duty interests: Playing and watching soccer, and working out

Commander’s comments: “JJ is an inspiring airman with a bright and promising future,” said Lt. Col. John Forino, 425th FS commander. “He is a consummate professional with a work ethic and drive/attitude that is unstoppable. He was selected by his supervisor to compete for the 425th FS outstanding service member award. Although his primary duty is engine AFE, he is also very involved across the unit. His maturity is amazing. In short, he is simply a very impressive troop!”
