Senior Airman Adrian Cook, 56th Security Forces Squadron patrolman, spars with a trainer March 12 during a training session at Sentosa Martial Arts in Avondale. Cook trained more than three hours with different instructors in order to receive a black belt in Muay Thai, a form of martial arts.
