General signs agreement …

Tech. Sgt. Clinton Atkins

Brig. Gen. Brook Leonard, then 56th Fighter Wing commander, signs the successor collective bargaining agreement June 13 for non-appropriated fund employees alongside negotiators at Luke Air Force Base. The new agreement covers conditions of employment affecting more than 300 NAF civilian employees in the AFGE 1547 bargaining unit. Proposals for the new CBA started in fall 2016. The newly signed agreement is effective for a year with the option to negotiate.
