56th MXG frees up time for leaders to connect with Airmen

The 56th Maintenance Group at Luke Air Force Base, Ariz., implemented a trial run of what they’re calling a “Gemba” event June 5-7, which allows leaders more time to connect with Airmen in the work centers and on the flightline.

The 56th SFS Squadron handled the following incidents occurring Feb. 27 through March 31 at Luke Air Force Base: Tickets SFS issued citations for 110 moving and 35 nonmoving violations. Traffic-related incidents March 9: SFS responded to a report of a minor two-vehicle accident. One vehicle was backed into the other. There were no injuries….
