YOUTH SERVICE AMERICA OFFERS SCHOOL GRANTS

Youth Service America is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2014 YSA Grant School and program year. The Harris Wofford Youth Award and the Harris Wofford Young Educator Award will be awarded to deserving applicants. MARCH FITT HOLDS NATURAL RUNNING FORM CLINIC

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANCE FOR UNINSURED AIRMEN

Airmen without health care insurance can utilize NeedyMeds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit information resource devoted to helping people in need find assistance programs to help them afford their medications and costs related to health care. Their website has databases such as Patient Assistance Programs, Disease-Based Assistance and a current list of 1040 free clinics in Calif. FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIPS FOR MILITARY CHILDREN

The YMCA Military Outreach Program receives assistance from the Defense Department to pay for military dependant memberships and respite care for military family members. EMBRY-RIDDLE WAIVES APPLICATION FEE FOR MILITARY

All passenger seating via military airlift for the U.S. Air Force Marathon have been filled. Additional airlift is not scheduled, however, there will be a stand-by list in case of cancellations. CNG HOSTS FREE SUMMER CAMP

 
The Calif. National Guard Child and Youth “Adventure’s in Leadership” Camp, will be held from June 26 to 28, for teens 14 to 18 years of age.
