JUMP INTO SUMMER THE HEALTHY WAY WITH WEIGHT WATCHERS
All Team March employees and their family members are invited to attend a complimentary Weight Watchers meeting any Thursday at noon at Aces Sports Bar in the Hap Arnold Club to learn how the program works. Airmen without health care insurance can use NeedyMeds, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit information resource devoted to helping people in need find assistance programs to help them afford their medications and costs related to health care. Their website has databases such as Patient Assistance Programs, Disease-Based Assistance and a current list of 1040 free clinics in Calif. FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIPS FOR MILITARY CHILDREN
The YMCA Military Outreach Program receives assistance from the Defense Department to pay for military dependent memberships and respite care for military family members.
