From Left: Assemblyman Jeff Miller, 71st District; Under Secretary for Memorial Affairs Steve Muro, Department of Veterans Affairs; Riverside City Councilman Mike Garner, Ward 1; Riverside County Supervisor Bob Buster, 1st District; Riverside County Supervisor Marion Ashley, 5th District; Brig. Gen. Karl McGregor, 452d Air Mobility Wing commander; and Moreno Valley City Councilmember Bill Batey, 5th District, break ground for the new Van Buren/Highway 215 overpass on June 8. The new overpass is dedicated to the history of March Field and when completed, will depict the various aircraft and commands which were stationed here. The new design also will make it easier to enter and exit the freeway.
