CIVIL ENGINEER CONDUCTS ONLINE TRAFFIC SURVEY

The base Civil Engineer is conducting a transportation survey to evaluate existing traffic conditions and transportation needs at March ARB. This survey is anonymous and will be used to better understand existing  traffic conditions and identify key areas for future improvements. GIVE BACK BY DONATING BLOOD

The 452nd Medical Squadron is asking March members to “Give the Gift of Live,” by donating blood. The American Red Cross will set set up stations, Sep. 9, in the parking lot at Building 456 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sep. 9.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF THE AIR FORCE GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Annual Community College of the Air Force graduation ceremony will be conducted on Sunday, Sept. 9, at 12:30 p.m. The event will be held at the March Air Reserve Base Cultural Center. SINGER AND MASTER OF CEREMONIES NEEDED FOR MILITARY BALL

Auditions for a Master of Ceremonies and a National Anthem singer for the Nov. 17 military ball will be held Saturday, Sept. 8 at Sally’s Alley. Singing auditions are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Master of Ceremonies auditions are scheduled from 11 a.m. to noon. Those interested should contact Chief Master Sgt. 9/11 REMEMBRANCE SERVICE TO BE HELD AT BASE CHAPEL

MARCH HOLDS ANNUAL EDUCATION FAIR

POW/MIA CEREMONY TO BE HELD

March will hold its annual POW/MIA ceremony at the Cultural Resource Center, Friday, Sept 21 at 10 a.m. This year’s guest speaker will be Mr. Cecil Davis, an American POW at Dachau, a concentration camp located in Upper Bavaria, Germany. There will be a reception following the ceremony. All with access to March ARB are welcome to attend.

THE 163 WILL HOLD ITS AIRMAN OF THE YEAR BANQUET

The 163rd Reconnaissance Wing will be presenting its annual Airman of the Year Banquet, Saturday, Oct. 13. The event will be held at the Air National Guard hangar, Building 2305 on Airlift way. 5K RUN VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The March Fitness Center, America’s Kids/Adult Run and the First Sergeants’ Association are hosting a 9/11 Remembrance 5K on the morning of the Military Appreciation Picnic, Sept. 8. The event will begin with registration at 6:30 a.m. and the 5K will start at 8 a.m. Volunteers are needed to assist with set-up/tear down, manning of water stations, registration, distribution of T-Shirts and timekeepers.
