2012-2013 FLU SEASON CAMPAIGN KICKS OFF

The 452nd Aeromedical Squadron will be providing flu shots and spray to military members and their families. Members must be on military status. Hours of operation will be from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, contact Maj. Lorraine Assumma at 951-655-6261.

ATTENTION MARCH RUNNERS-UPDATE!

The C-17 scheduled to fly runners to the AF Marathon has been canceled due to lack of funding. For those still wishing to attend, you will need to make your our own travel arrangements. CIVIL ENGINEER CONDUCTS ONLINE TRAFFIC SURVEY

The base Civil Engineer is conducting a transportation survey to evaluate existing traffic conditions and transportation needs at March ARB. This survey is anonymous and will be used to better understand existing traffic conditions and identify key areas for future improvements. SINGLE AIRMAN’S PROGRAM ANNOUNCES TRIPS SPONSORED BY THE AIRMEN & FAMILY READINESS CENTER

The following trips are open to all base personnel, although priority will be given to single Airmen:

  • Sep. 22 – Deep Sea Fishing, capacity 34. (Participants will pay for bait, fishing license and equipment rental.)
  • Sep. 29 – Zip Line the Bear at Onyx Summit, capacity 24 (FREE)
  • Oct. 13 – Indoor Go-Cart Racing in Ontario, capacity 24 (Cost $7.50 for transport)
  • Oct. 20 – Skydiving in Perris, capacity 10 (FREE)
  • Nov. 10 – Vertical Rock Climbing at Joshua Tree, capacity 24 (FREE)
  • Dec. 15 – Horseback Riding, capacity 24 (FREE)
  • Jan. 12 – Shotguns and Single Airmen (shooting competition), capacity 24 (FREE)

KEEPING THE FLAG MAMA SPIRIT ALIVE

452D AMW MILITARY BALL

POW/MIA CEREMONY TO BE HELD

March will hold its annual POW/MIA ceremony at the Cultural Resource Center, Friday, 10 a.m., on Sept. 21. This year’s guest speaker will be Mr. Cecil Davis, an American POW at Dachau, a concentration camp located in Upper Bavaria, Germany. There will be a reception following the ceremony. All with access to March ARB are welcome to attend.

163 AIRMAN OF THE YEAR BANQUET

The 163rd Reconnaissance Wing will be presenting its annual Airman of the Year banquet, Saturday, Oct. 13. The event will be held at the Air National Guard hanger, Building 2305, on Airlift Way.
