Mrs. Norma T. Castillo, center, retired after more than 43 years of Federal service, Thursday, Jan. 10. She proudly served her country with dedication, skill and leadership. Her career began Jul. 22, 1969, where she met and overcame serious challenges and obstacles to successfully execute her assigned duties — many of those activities were accomplished as the Year-end Closeout monitor. During her career, she led the Budget Office at March Air Reserve Base, closing out fiscal years with an impressive record. Thank you for your many years of unwavering service!
