452 FSS HOLDS ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
The 452d Force Support Squadron’s 17th Annual Golf Tournament, located at Menifee Lakes Golf course, will take place, Mar. 1, with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. This huge event will host more than 140 participants. The cost is $65.00 per person, which includes golf, cart, range balls, putting contest, continental breakfast, lunch buffet and tons of prizes. ORI OUTBRIEF SCHEDULED
The ORI IG outbrief will be held at the March Field Cultural Resource Center, Feb. 15, at 9 a.m. All members are invited; however, seating is limited so please be in place by 8:45 a.m.
LOSING WEIGHT JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY
All March employees, friends and family members are invited to attend a Weight Watchers meeting any Thursday, noon, at the Aces Sports Bar, in the Hap Arnold Club to learn how the program works. Current members include civilian, military, men and women. Group members also pair up for walking and other fitness-related activities. Healthy living is easy with this group! HONORING THE TUSKEGEE AIRMEN
A ceremony to dedicate a highway in memory of the Tuskegee Airmen in San Diego, will take place 11 a.m., Feb. 22, at the Miramar Marine Air Station O Club. A T-34 aircraft will perform at 12:05 p.m., followed by Tom Cruise’s P-51. For more information, contact Ms. Paulette Mello at 858-877-0229.

SAFETY ADVISORY CONTINUED FOR 2013
Drivers and pedestrians traveling near the Air Traffic Control Tower, Bldg. 1220 should proceed with caution due to the construction of the new tower. In addition, the gate entering the Flightline at Base Ops (F18) is now closed. All personnel needing access will still sign in at Base Ops, then enter the Flightline through the gate at Security Forces (Bldg. 470). The gate will be closed for approximately one year.
TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SLOTS AVAILABLE
Los Angeles Air Force Base will conduct Fiscal Year 2013 TAP classes for interested military and family members. The following dates are available:

UPCOMING TRICARE CHANGES
TriWest Healthcare Alliance, located outside the March Air Reserve Base main gate, will discontinue service and United Healthcare Military and Veteran Services will become the new TriCare West Region administer, effective Feb. 15. Authorizations or claims submitted prior to Apr. 1, will still be administered by TriWest Healthcare Alliance; however, all new enrollments, payments and medical questions will be directed to United Healthcare Military and Veteran Services.
