0805

I am woken up by my two sons. One is screaming and the other is trying to battle me.

0835

Suck down a liter of water, grab a cup of coffee, and race down to Team Quest to go train. I’m on board with the Healthy Base Initiative!

1034

Arrive at home after getting beat up by some gorillas and try to wash the stench of failure off my body.

1144

Now it’s a race to get to work on time. My wife packs me enough food for a three day voyage. My three year old is still trying to battle me, but he has a plastic sword now and I try to finish a fruit smoothie.

1253

Got to work on time. I put on my flack vest and get ready to arm up for the day.

1326

I am posted on the aircraft parking apron today. After checking out my vehicle I will drive around and check out my area.

1340

I finish the fruit smoothie from this morning. I also drink a cup of coffee while listening to an audio book on my radio.

1429

Conducting ECP checks at this time. There is no traffic.

1534

Time to eat again! My wife made an excellent kale salad with chicken, feta, and sliced almonds, topped off with a nice basil olive oil.

1725

No one has tried to steal any of the aircraft yet. I wait patiently.

1835

Meal time! Now it is time for my fish burger. Mahi mahi on sour dough toast with a slice of tomato and drizzled sriracha. I have a liter of green tea to wash it all down to.

1904

More ECP checks. There is still no traffic. Where is everybody?

2002

Snack time! I consume a sliced apple with almond butter. I also drink a small cup of coffee to motivate me for the PT session after work.

2128

My relief came and I am heading back to the armory to de-arm.

2151

After changing into my PT gear, I bust out a gnarly kettlebell circuit while rocking out to Twisted Sister.

2225

The day is done and so am I.
